****ALERT!!!**** TO THOSE WHO WANT TO ORDER HOPS****As many of you may be aware there is a severe worldwide hop shortage. At present it is very difficult for us to secure enough hops from our purveyors. In light of this, we are regrettably instituting a hop policy for orders which is as follows: If you are ordering more than 3 ounces of hops at one time, you will have to buy the rest of your ingredients for your recipe from us. IE, if you're not buying a recipe the maximum amount of hops one can order at a time is three (3) oz. It’s not the way we’d prefer it either, but this enables us to serve as many customers as we can. In the meantime, it might be a wise idea to try brewing and enjoying more European style balanced beers rather than highly hopped west coast styles.
NEW TO HOMEBREWING??? Be sure to call in before 4pm to reserve a space every Monday Night at 6PM for brewing classes with Griz, our brewmaster. ALSO All new All-Grain Brewing Classes available. Call the shop for details.
